We strive to ship orders to our customers as quickly as possible. Typically, we hand over the merchandise to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the order.

The return period for our products is 30 days. To ensure a valid return, the items must be in "like new" condition and resellable. We kindly request customers to contact us prior to returning any merchandise.
